Paul Lavery is the president of Valley Consulting Group Inc., a firm specializing in maximizing client profitability through a comprehensive, hands-on project implementation approach to strategy management, process efficiency, problem elimination and management of change.

Formerly Director of Business Excellence at Seagate Technology Inc., Paul led the integration of Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints in both Finance and HR organizations, and managed a staff of Master Black Belts and Black Belts. He provided guidance to Seagate’s leaders of IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Materials, EHS, Facilities and Marketing as they implemented the Six Sigma deployment strategy.

Since 2007, Paul has focused on the people side of change. By tightly integrating this concept into the methodology of business problem-solving, he has facilitated dynamic and constructively open discussions during projects; the result of which has yielded optimized teamwork efficiency and productivity.
